Processing. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

United States

Free Shipping: $0.00, 7 to 15 business days
Express Shipping: $4.95, 5 to 9 business days

International

Standard International: $8.95, 10 to 20 business days

Delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, carriers or weather are outside our control.

Tracking. You receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also check it on our Track Your Order page. Tracking can take 2 to 5 business days to start updating.

Customs and duties. International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. These are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong address. If the address you give us is incomplete or wrong and the parcel is returned to us, you pay the cost of reshipping.

Lost or stolen parcels. If you added Shipping Protection at checkout, we replace or refund a lost, stolen or damaged parcel at no cost to you. Without it, contact us at support@drawmas.com and we will help you open a claim with the carrier.
