Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If you are not happy with your order, contact us at support@drawmas.com within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a return. Items must be unused, uncolored and in their original packaging. Once a blanket has been colored in it cannot be returned, because it cannot be resold.

A $3.50 restocking fee is deducted from each returned item. On a single blanket at $44.90 that means $41.40 is refunded. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged or wrong items. Email support@drawmas.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund you in full, and you do not pay return shipping.

Order cancellations. Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will cancel it if it has not already shipped.
